All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Intimates are always final sale.

Standard: Regular priced items purchased online may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days. Customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Promotional Pricing: Online orders that use promotional codes, or limited time percentage discounts may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping costs, original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Standard: Regular priced items purchased in store may be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. 

Promotional Pricing: Tax free, limited time percentage discounts, or special event purchases in store may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and original receipt.

Sale items: Are final sale and cannot be returned.

Layaway Policy: Layaways are not available on clearance items. They require a 50% down payment (item price plus tax). The customer has four weeks to pay the balance in full. The down payment may be refunded in the form of store credit only if the layaway is cancelled in the first 7 days only. After 7 days, the deposit will be lost. No returns, exchanges or refunds on any layaway items.

All sale items are still final sale and may not be returned.

Our Shipping Policy

All online orders will be shipped out within 3 business days via Canada Post Expedited. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. Any potential Canada Post delays are outside of our control.
