Standard: Regular priced items purchased online may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days. Customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.
Promotional Pricing: Online orders that use promotional codes, or limited time percentage discounts may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping costs, original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Layaway Policy: Layaways are not available on clearance items. They require a 50% down payment (item price plus tax). The customer has four weeks to pay the balance in full. The down payment may be refunded in the form of store credit only if the layaway is cancelled in the first 7 days only. After 7 days, the deposit will be lost. No returns, exchanges or refunds on any layaway items.
