Standard: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Customer pays return shipping costs.
Promotional Pricing: Purchases that use promotional codes including our Welcome discount, Tax Free, or limited time percentage discounts may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card within 7 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping costs.
Sale Items: Are final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Ceramics, glass candles, & other delicate home decor items are available for pickup only.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Intimates are always final sale.
