Key Holder

Sattva Boutique is looking for a highly motivated fashion enthusiast to join our team as a full-time keyholder. 

The position will be 4-5 days a week, weekend availability is a must.

We are located in Halifax’s up and coming North End in a sunny, street-front boutique, surrounded by a rich community of local independent businesses and residents.

Daily responsibilities include:

   ○ Opening/closing the shop

   ○ In-store styling and sales

   ○ Excellent verbal and written customer service

   ○ E-commerce orders (Packing, shipping, returns, communication)

   ○ Inventory, social media, and merchandising support

For the right candidate responsibilities could expand to include:  inventory receiving, social selling, direct support to management team and customer care.

Our focus is on providing the highest quality experience for our customers by delivering exceptional customer service, therefore retail experience is a must.

Basic computer skills are essential, as are a strong work ethic and a positive professional spirit. Additional skills such as experience in fashion, graphic design, visual merchandising, blog writing, social media experience, marketing, and/or knowledge of Lightspeed POS or Shopify E-commerce are all assets.

We offer a fair hourly wage and a quarterly sales commission based off the stylists personal sales. More details will be provided further into the hiring process.
