Our Hersom Pant is a high waisted, straight legged design crafted from 100% French linen. This lightweight piece has been designed with a left side button and tab closure detailing, faux back welt pockets and a wide cuff that allows for versatile styling. The Hersom Pants are a regular high waisted, straight leg fit. If you are in between sizes we recommend going up one size.

Cool Hand or cold gentle machine wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron. Dry cleanableW ash dark colours separately. Wash in laundry bag using mild detergent. Do not soak. Do not rub or wring. Drip dry in shade.

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with them since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with them to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Materials

100% French Linen

This garment has been made from 100% French Linen; natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear. Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.
