Who can join?
Anyone can join, just simply create an account here.
 
I created an account online but then made a purchase in-store,
do I have two accounts?
No, our program recognizes email addresses. As long as we have the email address on your account in-store that matches the one you used to create your account online, your points will all be in one place.

Do my previous purchases count?
No, we are launching Sattva Rewards as of March 7, 2024, therefore any purchases before this date will have a points value.
  
How do I earn points?
Every $1 you spend you earn 1 point. Referring friends, following us on social media and leaving a google review earns you points too. To see all of the ways to earn, click here.
  
Do my points expire?
No, points earned from purchases do not expire.

Do taxes count?
No, points are valued at retail price before taxes.

What if I redeem my points but change my mind and don’t use the coupon?
For immediate action, simply log in to your account and click on history. You can find all redeemed points here, and cancel the coupon if you decide not to purchase. Otherwise, if a coupon is not used within 24hrs of redeeming, the points will be added back to your account automatically.


How do I redeem my points?
As long as you’re logged in to your account, your points will appear in your dashboard on the bottom left of your screen. If you have enough points for a reward you can simply add the reward to your cart, or pay with your points once in your cart. We’ll remind you in store, or please ask us for your account details. You can always check your points value by logging into your account online or inquiring in-store.

What is my birthday gift?
We’re happy to offer 15% off one item 7 days before or after your birthday. You will receive an email one week before your birthday with your special discount code. Please ensure to add your birthday to your profile to be eligible for the gift:


Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No limit, earn as many as you like!

How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share your unique link with a friend found on the dashboard on the bottom left of your screen. You’ll get 500 points when your friend makes a purchase of $100 or more within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your friend makes a purchase.

How do I get points for following on social media?
Simply log into your account and go to the dashboard on the bottom left of your screen. Select the tab called “Ways to earn” Click on “Follow us online” and select any of the social media outlets you wish to follow, login to that platform and follow us. If you already follow us, simply unfollow then follow again so you get points for the action.


I left a google review but did not receive my points?
Google reviews are monitored and checked regularly by our team. Points will be added to your account within 3 business days. If you are still not seeing your points after this time, please contact us at hello@sattvaboutique.com with your details.

I shared a #mysattvastyle post on Instagram and did not receive my points?
Our hashtag is monitored and checked regularly by our team. Points will be added to your account within 3 business days. If you are still not seeing your points after this time, please contact us at hello@sattvaboutique.com with your details.

Are Sattva Rewards points refundable?
Yes, points redeemed are refundable.

If I return an item, do I keep my points earned?
If you return an item, the points earned will automatically be revoked from your account.

Are Sattva Rewards transferable?
No, unfortunately we can not transfer points from one account to another.
